据中国贸易救济信息网，2月26日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定用于凯时官方平台显示器的玻璃基板及其下游产品和制造此类基板的方法（Certain Glass Substrates for Liquid Crystal Displays, Products Containing the Same, and Methods for Manufacturing the Same，调查编码：337-TA-1433）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2025年2月17日作出的初裁（No.7）不予复审，即基于申请方撤回，终止本案对美国注册专利号7,851,394的调查。

2024年12月18日，美国Corning Incorporated, Corning, New York向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号7,851,394、8,627,684、9,512,025和盗取商业秘密），请求美国ITC发布普遍排除令或有限排除令、禁止令。
